House and Grounds Rental Fee Schedule
The following rate schedule applies to use of the Marshall Orr House and Grounds, ACWC card tables, folding chairs, card tablecloths, kitchen facilities, ACWC dishes, glasses, crystal, flatware and utensils.

Use of Kitchen
The Marshall Orr House kitchen is not certified for food preparation. Two stoves with ovens are, however, available for keeping pre-prepared foods warm. The kitchen also features two refrigerators with freezers, an ice maker, and a commercial dishwasher. Use of caterers for large events is encouraged.

Setup, Take Down, and Cleanup
The hours indicated in the above rate quotes include all event related activities: setup, event in process, take down, house and kitchen cleanup. Renters are expected to perform their own setup and take down. Renters may elect to perform their own house and kitchen cleanup or use the Marshall Orr House Cleanup Service for an additional charge of $150.
